Fabric preparation and treatment

First, select the appropriate fabric according to the workwear order requirements and check the quality of the fabric. Then use a fabric edge processor (hair machine) to trim the fabric edge to remove the burrs, prepare for subsequent processing, and avoid loose threads during sewing.

Cutting process

Use the marker machine to efficiently draw the cutting mark, optimize the material discharge plan, and reduce fabric waste. Then accurately locate the cutting position through the cutting positioning machine (eye clean machine) to perform the cutting operation to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the cutting

Sewing stage

According to the requirements of different parts of the workwear, the corresponding process is used for sewing. During the sewing process, use a template machine to achieve automatic sewing through preset templates as needed to ensure stable sewing quality; use a triple-needle chain stitch machine to complete three open threads at a time to improve efficiency.

Locking edge processing

For cut edges and other parts, use a Lockstitch machine to quickly complete the edge locking to prevent disconnection and improve the durability of the workwear.

Press and shape

Workwear are processed through an ironing machine to achieve firm bonding of the fabric and quickly remove wrinkle and shape it. It can also be ironed and decorated and ironed with thick materials to make the appearance of the workwear more crisp.

Finished product inspection

Comprehensive inspection of sewing quality, dimensional accuracy, appearance, etc. to ensure that each workwear meet the requirements and provide customers with high-quality products.

Waterproof protectio
The hot strip press presses the waterproof glue strips to the joints, and is matched with a nano-waterproof coating to seal the gap and retain breathability.

Conductive fibers are mixed with the cuffs and trouser legs to cause static electricity to be discharged, and anti-static sutures are used in the core area to quickly dissipate static electricity.
Highly visible reflective protection
The hot-press machine fixes high visible reflective tape, and the digital printing machine prints reflective marks to improve night recognition.
Wear Resistant Reinforcement
The hot press irons wear-resistant patches on the elbows and knees, and the flat seams + covers + patches triple reinforcement of key parts.

Button reinforcement
Use a four-eye stitching machine or stitching machine to fix the buttons and select the appropriate model according to the button type to ensure uniform and firm stitching and avoid falling off during daily use. Pants stitching
The trouser tripod machine automatically completes the trouser tripod sewing, supports a variety of styles, with beautiful and firm stitching. It does not need to rely on handwork, it is efficient and has stable quality, so it will not easily loosen when used frequently such as belts.
Rope treatment
The bartack machine automatically handles the rope head, the knot is firm and beautiful, and supports a variety of bartack methods. Solve the problems of manual bartack and low efficiency, so that drawstring and other parts can be more durable.
Sew the edges
For parts such as cuffs and necklines that require exquisite treatment, the hidden seam edging process is used. The stitches are hidden inside the edging, and the surface is wireless, and the edging is flat and beautiful. Improve the overall refinement of the workwear and make it more comfortable to wear.
