In
custom workwear, the first approved design is not always the final one.
We're currently working on a customer project that shows exactly why.
The original logo artwork was confirmed, and the first sample was made and shipped. But the project didn't stop there. The customer later decided to revise the chest logo, sleeve logo and wording.
So we're updating the design again, with the customer's latest requirements in mind.
Customisation Means Being Ready to Adapt
This is a normal part of developing a custom product.
Sometimes a customer has a clear idea from the beginning. Sometimes certain details only become final as the project moves forward.
A manufacturer's job is not simply to follow the first design file and refuse to change it. It's to understand what the customer wants, work through the revisions and make sure the final approved design is the one used for bulk production.
The Customer's Final Requirements Come First
A sample is an important step, but it doesn't mean every detail is permanently fixed.
At Mingbai, we take customisation one step at a time, keeping communication open as the design develops.
Because the goal is not to produce the first version as quickly as possible. It's to produce the version the customer actually wants.
